Surrounded by the rolling countryside of Lancashire, Imagehouse Studios occupies part of a nineteenth century barn, or ‘Laithe’ as they are called in this neck of the woods. Purpose-built in 2017, Imagehouse Studios uses state-of-the-art imaging technology. Our mission is to provide you with creative product photography of the highest standard at very competitive rates.

A personal message
As an inventor and product designer for many years, I understand the effort and dedication that goes into creating a great product. That effort deserves to be reflected in the quality of the images used for sales and marketing. In today’s highly competitive world, standing out quickly is crucial, and the right images play a key role in that.
My interest in photography and filmmaking began in the 1980s, and by the 1990s, I had turned it into a business focused on wedding, portrait, and product photography. I still remember the days of licking the adhesive backing paper on the 12-shot exposed roll of film to secure it, developing it in the darkroom, and hoping that my manually adjusted camera exposure was spot on when the photo was taken! There were no second chances, especially with weddings. Digital imaging may have removed the stress of that process, but there was something undeniably magical about the analogue days.
In 2017, I took the leap to launch Imagehouse Studios, fulfilling a lifelong ambition to open a commercial photography studio focused on product photography and filmmaking. We understand that sometimes unforeseen events mean deadlines fall at inconvenient times and at short notice. That’s why we don’t just operate from 9am – 5pm Monday to Friday. We’ll do our very best to accommodate your needs so that you meet your deadline.
We will respond promptly to requests for a quotation and will endeavour to supply images quickly after the completion of a shoot. We’re happy to visit you and you are welcome to visit our studio for an informal chat so that we can better understand your business and your imaging requirements.
